Par Amount definition
Par Amount means for each Down MacroShare and each Up MacroShare, a stated amount equal to $[25] per share.

Par Amount means, in respect of a Mortgage Loan at any time, the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan at such time.

Par Amount as used in this Agreement means the face amount of an Issue or Issues, except in the case of zero coupon or originally issued discount bonds or notes, in which case the Par Amount shall exclude the accreted interest component of the face amount.
