Annual Administrative Costs definition

Annual Administrative Costs means the actual or estimated costs paid or incurred in connection with the administration and operation of the District that are paid from the Additional Interest and that are determined by the City Council to be reasonably allocable to the Phase 2B, 2C, and 3A1 Property including, but not limited to (1) an amount to pay Prepayment Costs,(2) an amount equal to the amount by which Annual Collection Costs paid or incurred exceed Annual Collection Costs collected, (3) an amount to pay the Phase 2B, 2C, and 3A1 Cost under circumstances determined appropriate by the City Council and (4) an amount to establish and maintain debt service and other reserves required by this Indenture, including the Delinquency and Prepayment Reserve Account.

Examples of Annual Administrative Costs in a sentence
