Amendatory Tariff definition

Amendatory Tariff means a revision to service riders or any other notice filing filed with the PUCT in respect of a Tariff pursuant to a True-Up Adjustment.
Amendatory Tariff means a tariff or notice filing filed with the ICC in respect of a Reconciliation Adjustment or a True-Up Adjustment, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT C to the Servicing Agreement.
Amendatory Tariff means an amendment to any Tariff substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
