Amalco Options definition

Amalco Options means the options to purchase Amalco Shares pursuant to the stock option plan of Amalco to be approved at the Meeting;

Amalco Options means the options to be issued by Amalco in exchange for the Redfall Options and the Southtech Options pursuant to the Amalgamation;

Amalco Options means options to purchase Amalco Shares pursuant to the Amalco Stock Option Plan.

• If, before the expiry of an option the employment of the optionee by the Corporation or by any Subsidiary of the Corporation shall terminate for any reason whatsoever other than termination by the Corporation for cause, all Amalco Options granted to optionees shall expire and terminate within 60 days of the optionee ceasing to be a director, officer, full-time employee or consultant of the Corporation.

• Upon completion of the Amalgamation, there will be 925,000 Amalco Options outstanding.

More Definitions of Amalco Options

Amalco Options means the options to be issuable pursuant to the Amalco Option Plan.
