Amalco definition

Amalco means the corporation resulting from the Amalgamation.
Amalco means the corporation continuing from the Amalgamation;
Amalco means the amalgamated corporation resulting and continuing from the Amalgamation; “Amalco Shares” means the common shares in the share capital of Amalco;

  • Each AS Common Share shall be converted into one fully paid and non-assessable Amalco Share, and each Company Common Share shall be cancelled without any repayment of capital.
