Amalco definition

Amalco means the corporation continuing from the Amalgamation;
Amalco means the amalgamated corporation resulting and continuing from the Amalgamation; “Amalco Shares” means the common shares in the share capital of Amalco;
Amalco means the corporation continuing as a result of the Amalgamation;

  • Instead, the number of Plantfuel Shares or Amalco Shares issued to each former holder of BeeImmune Shares or Subco Shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole number, and no cash or other consideration shall be paid or payable in lieu of such fraction of such shares.
