Amalgamating Corporations means both of them;
Amalgamating Corporations means MichiCann and Subco and “Amalgamating Corporation” means either of them as applicable;
Amalgamating Corporations means each of MergerCo and DecisionPoint and Amalgamating Corporations means both of them;
