Amalgamated Corporation definition

Amalgamated Corporation means the corporation resulting from the Amalgamation;

Amalgamated Corporation means the corporation continuing from the amalgamation of the Amalgamating Corporations;

Amalgamated Corporation means the corporation continuing from the amalgamation of the Parties;
