Companies Acts definition

Companies Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the company;
Companies Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006) insofar as they apply to the charity;

The Company may give such notice by any means or combination of means permitted by the Companies Acts.
