Exchangeable Shares definition

Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;
Exchangeable Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereto.
Exchangeable Shares means the non-voting exchangeable shares in the capital of Exchangeco.

  • At least three (3) Business Days prior to the Effective Time, Acquireco and Parent shall deposit or cause to be deposited with the Depositary, for the benefit of the holders of SRx Shares, the aggregate number of whole Exchangeable Shares and the aggregate number of whole Parent Shares issuable to holders of SRx Shares in accordance with Sections 2.2(c) and Section 2.2(e) under this Plan of Arrangement.

  • On such date, the Parent Shares and/or Exchangeable Shares to which the former holder of the certificate referred to in the preceding sentence was ultimately entitled shall be deemed to have been surrendered for no consideration to Acquireco.
