Exchangeable Shares definition

Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;
Exchangeable Shares has the meaning provided in the recitals hereto.
Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of ExchangeCo having substantially the rights, privileges, restrictions and condition set out in Appendix 1 of the Plan of Arrangement.

  • Tax Matters ExchangeCo shall make an election under section 191.2 of the Tax Act in respect of the Exchangeable Shares.
