Allotment Gardens. The allotment gardens known as (insert) and which are rented by the Landlord from the St. Aubyn Estate under an Agreement dated 16th April 1947 (“the St. Aubyn Agreement”) Plot: Plot number (insert) in the Allotment Gardens Rent: £15.00 per year, per allotment site or any revised sum which the Landlord decides is to be payable under this agreement payable by 30th April in each year.
