  • Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements (including communication links and the components that control the unmanned air- craft) that are required for the operator to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.’’.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Final Price means (a) in the case of any Terminated Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 4, and (b) in the case of any Repaid Obligation, the amount determined pursuant to Clause 5, and

  • Base Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit.   • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
