Air Products Retained Names definition

Air Products Retained Names means any and all Trademarks that are not Versum Assets, including the names and marks set forth in Schedule 1.1(11), and any Trademarks containing or comprising any of such names or marks, and any Trademarks derivative thereof or confusingly similar thereto, or any telephone numbers or other Air Products numeric addresses or mnemonics containing any of the foregoing names or marks.
