Aggregate Closing Escrow Amount definition

Aggregate Closing Escrow Amount means the aggregate amount to be deposited into the Purchase Price Adjustment Escrow Account, the Dissenting Shares Escrow Account and the Indemnity Escrow Account in accordance with clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 2.07(a).
