Advanced Conceptual Engineering means preliminary engineering covering major design features of the Work included in Volume 3- Technical Provisions, Document 9.

As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private
