ADR NOx Allowance means a NOx Allowance as that term is defined in 6 NYCCR 237-1.2(b) for purposes of compliance with 6 NYCCR Subpart 237.
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”
PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.

Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.
Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant. Contextual Note: Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, an above definition for a singular term shall also apply (where appropriate) to the plural form of such term and vice versa to the extent necessary for giving the proper meanings to the terms defined in this Article II and/or terms otherwise used in this Agreement.
Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.
converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;
disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;
Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.
Non-Cash Compensation Expense means any non-cash expenses and costs that result from the issuance of stock-based awards, partnership interest-based awards and similar incentive based compensation awards or arrangements.

Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and
Monthly Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(a).
Gross compensation means every form of remuneration payable for a given period to an individual for services provided including salaries, commissions, vacation pay, severance pay, bonuses, and any board, rent, housing, lodging, payments in kind, and any similar benefit received from the individual's employer.

Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.
Monthly salary means the gross amount paid to a participant making a claim under s. 40.65, at the time he or she becomes disabled within the meaning of s. 40.65 (4), by the employer in whose employ the injury occurred or the disease was contracted. Overtime pay may not be considered part of an employee’s monthly salary unless the employee received it on a regular and dependable basis.

Severance Costs means the costs which the employers are legally obliged to pay to or in respect of the Crew as a result of the early termination of any employment contract for service on the Vessel.
