Self-administer means a qualified patient’s act of ingesting medication to end his or her life in a humane and dignified manner.
Administer means the direct application of a controlled substance, whether by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means, to the body of a patient or research subject by:
Administering agency means the department, the county road commission, the county drain commissioner, or the city, village, or township that has jurisdiction over the public facility, as determined by the negotiating partnership. The administering agency will administer the development of the public facility.
Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Registered Benchmark Administrator means that the Underlying is administered by an administrator who is registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Benchmark Regulation as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Administering Authority means a governmental employee, or a regional planning commission empowered under s. 62.234, Wis. Stats., that is designated by the Common Council to administer this ordinance.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Arbitration organization means an association, agency, board, commission, or other entity that is neutral and initiates, sponsors, or administers an arbitration proceeding or is involved in the appointment of an arbitrator.
District administrator means the department employee assigned the overall supervision of the departmental operations in each of the Commonwealth's nine construction districts.
Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts
Committee Chair means the Chairperson of any committee and the Committee Chair shall have the same powers during a Committee Meeting of Council as Head of Council during Council Meetings whether or not the Chair is a voting member.
Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;
Tribunal means any government, any arbitration panel, any court or any governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality of the United States or any state, province, commonwealth, nation, territory, possession, county, parish, town, township, village or municipality, whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.
District Committees means the District Public Works Integrating Committees and the Executive Committees created pursuant to Section 164.04 of the Revised Code, and District Subcommittees created pursuant to Section 164.06 of the Revised Code.
Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;
Delegates means those persons elected or appointed to vote in a representative assembly for the election of a director or directors or on other matters.
District Manager means the District Manager of the Ottawa District Office of the Ministry;
Department Chair means the person with supervisory responsibility of a University unit. Such 15 persons have titles that include department chair, director, or associate xxxx, depending on the 16 structure of any particular school, college or other unit. 17
Federal Awarding Agency means a Federal agency providing a Federal Award to a Recipient as described in 2 CFR §200.37
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
ICC Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.4(a).
Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Arbitrator means the authority nominated by Chief General Manager (CGM) for arbitration.
