Additional UC Location definition

Additional UC Location means: (i) any UC campus, medical center, affiliated national laboratory, or program, as further described at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/uc-system/parts-of-uc; (ii) any entity that, after the full execution of this Agreement, is acquired or created by any location referenced in (i); and (iii) any entity that merges into or consolidates with any location referenced in (i) and, after such merger or consolidation, the surviving entity is a location as referenced in (i).

Examples of Additional UC Location in a sentence

  • Except with respect to the type(s) Goods and or Services that will be provided to a UC Location or UC Affiliate, no Additional UC Location or UC Affiliate shall amend, alter or otherwise modify the terms of this Agreement applicable to UC, including the Incorporated Documents, as defined herein.

  • In the event an Additional UC Location or UC Affiliate desires to add terms that do not amend, alter or otherwise revise any term applicable to other UC Locations that is contained in this Agreement, including the Incorporated Documents, such terms may be incorporated into the SOW or other agreement directly between the Supplier and such Additional UC Location or UC Affiliate.

  • By execution of such Statement of Work or PO, such Additional UC Location on the one hand, and Supplier, on the other hand, shall be deemed, respectively, to have executed the Agreement (with appropriate changes to the signature block) as Parties, with such Additional UC Location taking on the obligations of the UC Location and Supplier taking on its obligations to such Additional UC Location.

  • Supplier agrees to provide the Goods and/or Services described in the Agreement and as priced in this Agreement to any Additional UC Location executing a UC Health Statement of Work (SOW), the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Attachment A, or submitting a PO to Supplier.

Related to Additional UC Location

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Automatic Location Identification Gateway or "ALI Gateway" is a computer facility into which CLEC delivers Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data for CLEC Customers. Access to the ALI Gateway will be via a dial-up modem using a common protocol. "Automatic Number Identification" or "ANI" is the Billing telephone number associated with the access line from which a call originates. ANI and Calling Party Number (CPN) usually are the same number. "Automatic Route Selection" or "ARS" is a service feature that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into a circuit Switch routing table or system.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.

  • Contractor-acquired property means property acquired, fabricated, or otherwise provided by the Contractor for performing a contract, and to which the Government has title.
