Additional Senior Secured Parties definition

Additional Senior Secured Parties means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Priority Debt, the holders of such Indebtedness or any other Additional Senior Priority Debt Obligation, the Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Additional Senior Priority Debt Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Borrower or any Guarantor under any related Additional Senior Priority Debt Documents.

  • Senior Secured Parties means the Credit Agreement Secured Parties and any Additional Senior Debt Parties.

Additional Senior Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.
