Additional First Lien Documents definition
Additional First Lien Documents means, with respect to any Additional First Lien Obligations, the notes, indentures, credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents and other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness and the Liens securing such Indebtedness, including the Additional First Lien Security Documents and each other agreement entered into for the purpose of securing the Additional First Lien Obligations.

Additional First Lien Documents means, with respect to the Initial Additional First-Lien Obligations or any Series of Additional Senior Class Debt, the notes, indentures, security documents and other operative agreements evidencing or governing such indebtedness and liens securing such indebtedness, including the Initial Additional First-Lien Documents and the Additional First-Lien Security Documents and each other agreement entered into for the purpose of securing the Initial Additional First-Lien Obligations or any Series of Additional Senior Class Debt; provided that, in each case, the Indebtedness thereunder (other than the Initial Additional First-Lien Obligations) has been designated as Additional First-Lien Obligations pursuant to Section 5.13 hereto.
Examples of Additional First Lien Documents in a sentence
None of the Issuer, any other Grantor or any other creditor thereof shall have any rights or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided in this Agreement (provided that nothing in this Agreement (other than Sections 2.04, 2.05, 2.09 and Article V) is intended to or will amend, waive or otherwise modify the provisions of the Indenture or any Additional First Lien Documents), and none of the Issuer or any other Grantor may rely on the terms hereof (other than Section 2.04, 2.05, 2.09 and Article V).
To the extent, but only to the extent permitted by the provisions of the Indenture and the Additional First Lien Documents then in effect (each, as applicable), the Issuer and any other Grantor may incur Additional First Lien Obligations.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the other First Lien Security Documents or Additional First Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

Additional First Lien Documents means each Additional First Lien Agreement, and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed pursuant thereto, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with such Additional First Lien Agreement, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Additional First Lien Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
