Senior Security definition
Senior Security or “Senior Securities” means any Security or Securities designated pursuant to Section 3.01 as a Senior Security.
Senior Security means each guarantee or indemnity and each security interest granted by the Debtor or any other party in favour of the Senior Creditor from time to time as security or support for the Senior Debt including, without limitation, the relevant guarantees and securities described in Schedule 1, and any other document which constitutes a ‘Security Document’ as defined in the Senior Facility Agreement.
Senior Security any bond, debenture, note or similar obligation or instrument constituting a security and evidencing indebtedness (including without limitation all Loans), and any share of beneficial interest or common stock, as the case may be, of a Fund, of a class (other than a class established in accordance with Section 18 of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) having priority over any other class of shares of such Fund as to distribution of assets or payment of dividends.
Examples of Senior Security in a sentence
The Lender hereby consents to the Senior Debt, now existing or hereafter created, and the Senior Security now existing or hereafter granted to the Senior Lenders.
The parties acknowledge that the Loan and the Security will rank junior and be subordinated to the Senior Debt and Senior Security, respectively, in each case pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement.

Senior Security shall have the meaning set forth in the first sentence of Section 18(g) of the ICA.
Senior Security means all mortgages, liens, pledges, charges (whether fixed or floating), security interests or other encumbrances of any kind, contingent or absolute, held by or on behalf of any Senior Creditor and in any manner securing any Senior Indebtedness;

Solely for the purposes of determining whether a Senior Security exists for the purposes of this Indenture, a Person shall be deemed to be the owner of any property which it has acquired or holds subject to a conditional sale or capital lease or other title retention agreement and any lease in the nature thereof (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, operating leases) and such retention of title by another Person shall constitute a Senior Security;

Senior Security means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note or a Redraw Bond.
