Additional Fee Notice means a letter provided to Parents and Account Holders by the School, from time to time, setting out Additional Fees not recorded in the Annual Fee Letter.
Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;
Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Increase Notice is defined in Section 2.19.
Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Interest Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Penalty Charge Notice means a notice described in Section 78 of the 2004 Act having effect as if issued or served by a Civil Enforcement Officer or posted by the enforcement authority under any regulations for the time being in force under Section 78 of the 2004 Act.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Activation Notice have the meanings ascribed thereto in Annex C.
Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Investor directing the Investor to purchase the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Amount at the Additional Accelerated Purchase Price for such Additional Accelerated Purchase in accordance with this Agreement, and specifying any Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold determined by the Company.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Additional Payment is as defined in Section 6 of the Agreement.
Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Additional Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Variation Notice means a written notice signed by a Shareholder (or each Shareholder in the case of a joint shareholding) under clause 8.1 in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time, which may (without limitation) be combined with, or form part of, any other form or notice including an Election Form).
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Early Termination Notice is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
