Variation Notice definition

Variation Notice means a written notice signed by a Shareholder (or each Shareholder in the case of a joint shareholding) under clause 8.1 in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time, which may (without limitation) be combined with, or form part of, any other form or notice including an Election Form).
Variation Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other proposing any modification, alteration, omission or variation of the Contract.
Variation Notice has the meaning given to that term in Clause 3.2(a);

Examples of Variation Notice in a sentence

  • In the event that Eftsure changes the Proposed Variation Notice, the original Proposed Variation Notice will be deemed to have been withdrawn, and the changed Proposed Variation Notice will be deemed to constitute a new Proposed Variation Notice under this Agreement.

Variation Notice means a notice referred to in clause 18.1 (Crown may give variation notice).
