Ad Hoc Group of Unsecured Noteholders definition

Ad Hoc Group of Unsecured Noteholders means that certain ad hoc group of holders of Unsecured Notes party to the Restructuring Support Agreement represented by Xxxxxxxx and Ducera Partners LLC, or any of such ad hoc group’s members or their Affiliates.
