Beginning promptly after receipt of a request for a vote from the Requesting Noteholders pursuant to Section 12.01, the Indenture Trustee shall cause the initiation of a vote to be submitted to the Noteholders as of the date the Form 10-D disclosing the Delinquency Trigger was filed (with respect to Book Entry Notes, as directed by the related Note Owners via the applicable Clearing Agency pursuant to its procedures for such votes).
