Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

So long as no Consultation Termination Event (including any such deemed event) is in effect pursuant to the terms of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Controlling Note Holder Representative shall be the Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative and thereafter there shall be no Controlling Note Holder for so long as the Notes are serviced pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
