Actual operation definition

Actual operation means, for purposes of nonmetallic mineral quarrying or mining, the number of calendar days on which there is operation of any blasting, drilling or other move- ment or transfer of naturally occurring rock at a quarry or mine.
Actual operation as used in this section means that cannabis was located onsite and was being actively grown or processed at the time.
