ACode@ definition

ACode@ means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor legislation applicable to the Bonds, and the regulations and published rulings promulgated thereunder. ACommonwealth@ means the Commonwealth of Kentucky. ACompany Tax Certificate@ means the Company Tax Certificate and Compliance Agreement, executed and delivered by the Company on the Date of Issuance, regarding compliance with the Code to assure that interest on the 1999 Series A Bonds which is intended to be excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes is so excluded. ACompletion Date@ means the date of completion of the Acquisition and Construction of the Project Facilities financed by the 1999 Series A Bonds, as such date or dates shall be certified as provided in Section 3.04 hereof.
ACode@ means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended to date, and all applicable Treasury Regulations promulgated thereunder.

AContributed Property@ means any property contributed to the Company at any time or from time to time. Once the Carrying Value of Contributed Property has been adjusted pursuant to Section 3.07 of Schedule I, such property shall be deemed Revalued Property and shall no longer be deemed Contributed Property.

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The date of determination of a Make-Whole Premium will be the third Business Day prior to the applicable prepayment date and the "most recent H.15(519)" means the H.15(519) published prior to the close of business on the third Business Day prior to the applicable prepayment date.

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.

  • Passcode means the numerical code selected by the Debit Card holder to authorize certain Mobile Payment Transactions.

  • Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives. It is only applicable to higher education institutions located in Programme Countries. 5 Country code: ISO 3166-2 country codes available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/obp/ui/#search. 6 Any Programme Country enterprise or, more generally, any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth (training of staff members from Programme Country HEIs in Partner Country non-academic partners is not eligible).

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.
