STCW Code definition

STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by the 1995 Conference resolution 2, as it may be amended by IMO;
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
STCW Code means the Seafarers' Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) Code as adopted by Resolution 2 of the 1995 STCW Conference of Parties, in its up-to-date version;

  • The Director General shall also ensure that an evaluation is periodically undertaken, in accordance with the provisions of section A-l/8 of the STCW Code, by qualified persons who are not themselves involved in the activities concerned.
