Accreditation means accreditation as defined in point 10 of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008;
Accreditation body means an entity that has been approved by FDA to accredit mammography facilities.
Certificate of accreditation means a certificate issued by an accrediting body to a licensed testing laboratory, entity, or site to be registered in the state.

Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’). Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other such entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.
Licensure means the status of a licensee when OCCL issued a child care license when the applicant demonstrated compliance with these regulations and applicable codes, regulations, and laws.
