Medicaid Certification definition

Medicaid Certification means certification by CMS or a state agency or entity under contract with CMS that health care operations are in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.
Medicaid Certification means, with respect to Borrower, certification by the Medicaid program in each state in which the Borrower conducts business which is under or affected by the Medicaid Regulations that the Borrower complies with all of the applicable requirements for participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.
Medicaid Certification means certification by HCFA or a Governmental Authority under contract with HCFA that health care operations are in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.

Examples of Medicaid Certification in a sentence

  • The date of eligibility will be the Medicaid Certification date or the Medicaid Effective date, whichever is later.
