Account Terms and Conditions definition

Account Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions governing the accounts maintained with the Bank and the basic banking and financial services which the Bank may provide from time to time, including the Conditions for Services of the Bank;

Account Terms and Conditions means Part A (General Terms and Conditions), Part B (Product Account Terms and Conditions, Part C (Internet and Mobile Banking), Part D (Business Accounts) and the Appendices, including this Appendix 1;

Account Terms and Conditions means the corresponding terms and conditions applicable to an Account.

Examples of Account Terms and Conditions in a sentence

• The Additional Terms and our Guide to Your Account Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• Should any part of these Additional Terms and/or our Guide to Your Account Terms and Conditions be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, all the other terms and conditions will remain fully effective.

• Our Guide to Your Account Terms and Conditions provides further information about how we deal with any complaints.

• The terms and conditions applicable to deposits that can be fixed on the Raiffeisen Long-term Investment Deposit Account are set out in the effective Raiffeisen Long-term Investment Deposit Account Terms and Conditions.

• We may change these Additional Terms or our Guide to Your Account Terms and Conditions at any time, provided the change is favourable to you or where we have to make a change because of a change in the law or regulation and there isn’t time to give you notice.

More Definitions of Account Terms and Conditions

Account Terms and Conditions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(a).

Account Terms and Conditions means the Account agreement entered into between the User and ICICI Bank in relation to the Account.
