Whether or not an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, ISR Borrower and US Borrower shall immediately deliver all payments on and proceeds of Accounts collected in the United States to the Cash Collateral Account and UK Borrower shall immediately get in and realize and pay into the Blocked Account all monies which it may receive in respect of Accounts.
Each Loan Party agrees that it will not cause any proceeds of any Blocked Account relating to any Concentration Account to be otherwise redirected.
