Blocked Account definition

Blocked Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(ii).

Blocked Account means an account maintained by the SPV or an Originator as Master Servicer or Sub-Servicer, as applicable, at a Blocked Account Bank for the purpose of receiving Collections, set forth in Schedule 4.1(s) or any account added as a Blocked Account pursuant to and in accordance with Section 4.1(s) and which, if not maintained at and in the name of the Administrative Agent, is subject to a Blocked Account Agreement (or will become subject to such an agreement as provided in the definition ofNet Pool Balance”).
