Blocked Account definition
Blocked Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(ii).
Blocked Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).
Blocked Account means any Deposit Account subject to a Blocked Account Agreement.

Without limiting the foregoing, each Credit Party shall notify all Customers and take other necessary or appropriate means to ensure that all of its Receivables are paid in an Acceptable Currency to a Blocked Account in accordance with this Section 4.8(h) (or such other account as otherwise directed by Agent), which shall then be swept daily to an account designated by Agent to be applied to the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.8(b).
Neither Agent nor any Lender assumes any responsibility for such blocked account arrangement, including any claim of accord and satisfaction or release with respect to deposits accepted by any Blocked Account Bank thereunder.
