  • At the Call Option Closing, the Accepting Optionholders shall pay, without condition, Lxxx NAOC the applicable Call Price by wire transfer in lawful money of the United States of America and in immediately available funds, and Lxxx NAOC shall deliver to the Accepting Optionholders an assignment of, and any certificates evidencing, the Capital Stock and Options being transferred to them respectively.
