ACA Stock definition

ACA Stock means Borrower’s stock in Northwest Farm Credit Services, ACA, an affiliate of Lender, as Borrower may be required to own or purchase from time to time pursuant to the Membership Agreement.
ACA Stock or "Borrower Stock" shall mean the common voting stock issued to Orange-co, Inc., in the amount of $1,000.00 in each Association pursuant to the Act in the total sum of $2,000.00 par value.

  • Company Capital Stock means the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • Fully-Diluted Common Stock means, at any time, the then outstanding Common Stock plus (without duplication) all shares of Common Stock issuable, whether at such time or upon the passage of time or the occurrence of future events, upon the exercise, conversion, or exchange of all then outstanding Common Stock Equivalents.

  • New Ordinary Shares means the new Ordinary Shares arising on Conversion of the C Shares;

In the event that at any time, as a result of an adjustment made pursuant to paragraph (a) above, the Warrant Holders shall become entitled to purchase any securities of the Company other than shares of Common Stock, thereafter the number of such other securities so purchasable upon exercise of each Warrant and the Exercise Price of such securities shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the provisions with respect to the Warrant Shares contained in paragraphs (a) through (i), inclusive, above, and the provisions of Section 7 and Section 12.2 through 12.5, inclusive, with respect to the Warrant Shares, shall apply on like terms to any such other securities.

  • Old Common Stock means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, outstanding as of the date of the Company's filing of the petition commencing the Chapter 11 Case.
