ABC License definition

ABC License means general on-sale license no. 47-407504 issued by the ABC to Seller permitting Seller to serve alcoholic beverages at the Premises in operating the Business;
ABC License means a license to sell alcoholic beverages issued by the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
ABC License means a license issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
