Definition of 2012 Subordinated Notes


2012 Subordinated Notes means the Borrower's 9 7/8 % Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 issued pursuant to the 2012 Subordinated Note Indenture in the original principal amount of $175,000,000 and any additional notes issued pursuant to the 2012 Subordinated Note Indenture which have terms (other than interest rate, issuance price, issuance date, series and title) which are the same as the 2012 Subordinated Note Indenture.
