2010 Protocol means the PacifiCorp inter-jurisdictional allocation method that was approved by the Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming Commissions in 2012 to apply to all PacifiCorp rate proceedings filed after each commission’s approval and before December 31, 2016.

In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data.   • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the Federal Register by the United States Department of Health and Human Services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.
