2005-2008 Subaccount definition

2005-2008 Subaccount means a subaccount for (1) all amounts credited to a Participant’s Pay Deferral Account after December 31, 2004 and before January 1, 2009 (and earnings thereon), and (2) all amounts credited to a Participant’s Stock Deferral Account after December 31, 2004 and before January 1, 2009 (and earnings thereon).

On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.
