Prior to or concurrently with the issuance of the System Restoration Bonds, the Member shall deposit into the Capital Subaccount an amount equal to the Required Capital Amount, which amount shall not come from the proceeds of the sale of the System Restoration Bonds.
In addition, if on any Payment Date funds on deposit in the General Subaccount are insufficient to make the allocations contemplated by Section 8.02(e)(ix), the Indenture Trustee shall draw any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funds Subaccount to make such allocations to the Capital Subaccount.
