Accountability 5.3.1 Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections regarding the adequacy of contributions to cover projected benefit and related costs for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.
CLEAN UP Debris shall be regularly removed from the Site. The Site shall be free of any and all debris at all times when the Work is not actually being performed. Upon completion of the Work, all debris and containers shall be removed and the Site left clean.
WORKPLACE The Employee shall be required to perform work at or any other site of work for the Employer.
Leave Donation An employee may donate vacation leave, sick leave, or personal holiday to another employee for purposes of the leave sharing program under the following conditions:
PETS Tenant shall not keep any pets on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenant to keep pets, an additional security deposit of $ will be required by the Landlord to keep in trust for potential damage to the Property caused by Tenant’s pets.
Job Abandonment (a) If an employee is absent without authorized leave for twelve (12) or more consecutive days, excluding officially observed University Holidays or days when the University is officially closed by the directive of the University President or President’s designee, under the provisions of the BOT-UFF Policy on Leaves, the employee shall be considered to have abandoned the position and voluntarily resigned from the University.
Abandonment If at any time during the term of this Agreement Tenant abandons the Premises or any part thereof, Landlord may, at Landlord's option, obtain possession of the Premises in the manner provided by law, and without becoming liable to Tenant for damages or for any payment of any kind whatever. Landlord may, at Landlord's discretion, as agent for Tenant, relet the Premises, or any part thereof, for the whole or any part thereof, for the whole or any part of the then unexpired term, and may receive and collect all rent payable by virtue of such reletting, and, at Landlord's option, hold Tenant liable for any difference between the rent that would have been payable under this Agreement during the balance of the unexpired term, if this Agreement had continued in force, and the net rent for such period realized by Landlord by means of such reletting. If Landlord's right of reentry is exercised following abandonment of the Premises by Tenant, then Landlord shall consider any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises to also have been abandoned, in which case Landlord may dispose of all such personal property in any manner Landlord shall deem proper and Landlord is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.

Sick Leave Donation In accord with state law and Medical Center policy, RN’s may donate sick leave to any employee entitled to receive such donations.
Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
