Common use of Xxxx'x Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Xxxx'x Responsibilities. ‌ XXXX’x Preconstruction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Sections 2.1 through 2.2. XXXX’x Construction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Section 2.3. County and XXXX may agree, in consultation with A/E, for the Construction Phase to commence prior to completion of the Preconstruction Phase, in which case, both phases will proceed concurrently. XXXX shall designate a representative authorized to act on behalf of XXXX with respect to the Project.
