Xxxxx and Conditions of Application. The parties to this Contract agree that Appendix B sets forth the overall goals, standards and general operational policies of TLCS, and that the Appendix B is not a complete statement of each detail of TLCS’s operation. To the extent that TLCS desires to implement specific policies, procedures or other specific terms of operation that supplement or otherwise depart from those in Appendix B, TLCS shall be permitted to implement such policies, procedures and specific terms of operation, provided that such policies, procedures, and terms of operation are consistent with the goals, standards and general operational policies set forth in this Contract and ORS Chapter 338.
