Grant of Charter. Subject to the final certification of the State Board, the Charter School is hereby authorized, and granted an extension of its charter in accordance with the Charter Schools Law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to operate a charter school as described herein.
Grant of Charter. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, FFI grants to the Club: 1) a charter to be a Friendship Force Club which operates and exists according to the terms of this agreement, and 2) a license to use FFI's service marks and trade name as they may exist from time to time in connection with its activities. This agreement supersedes any previous license agreement between the Club and FFI.
Grant of Charter. JRCS’s charter is hereby renewed to operate a charter school for grades K-12 within the District under the name “Juniper Ridge Community School,” which charter shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and to such other terms as may now or hereafter be provided in the Act or other applicable laws. The parties agree that, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, any reference to the Charter School herein shall mean JRCS.
Grant of Charter. Community Roots is granted a charter in accordance with ORS Chapter 338 and the terms and conditions of this contract to operate a charter school as described herein.
Grant of Charter. The Forest Grove Community School Charter is granted, in accordance with ORS Chapter 338 and the terms and conditions of this Contract, a charter to operate a single public charter school located within the boundaries of the Forest Grove Public School District as described herein.
Grant of Charter. In consideration of the representations, covenants and commitments made by the Advisory Council herein, ARC hereby grants the Advisory Council an official charter, attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Charter").
Grant of Charter. Pursuant to Article 27A of the School Code of Illinois the School District grants the Charter School a charter to operate the charter school described in this Agreement and its Appendices for a period of five (5) years.
Grant of Charter. A. CLA is granted a charter in accordance with ORS Chapter 338 and the terms and conditions of this contract to operate a charter school as described herein.
Grant of Charter. The Corporation is granted, in accordance with ORS Chapter 338 and the terms and conditions of this Contract, a charter to operate the Charter School as described herein.
Grant of Charter. The District is the sponsor of ORVED and hereby grants a charter pursuant to the terms herein.
