Xxxx Stipend. An employee who works as a cook will be paid an extra $1.25 per hour in addition to his/her hourly rate. When a person subs for the cook for more than 10 consecutive days, he/she will then receive the appropriate head cook stipend starting on the 11th day for the remainder of the sub coverage.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
