Written Procedure – Division Head. If no satisfactory adjustment is made 5 with the Department Head in the Step 1 Written Procedure – Department 6 Head, the aggrieved employee and/or the employee's representative may 7 within five (5) days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays (recognized 8 under this Agreement), following the answer in the Step 1 Written 9 Procedure – Department Head, submit the grievance to the Division Head 10 in writing. The grievance shall indicate the Section or Sections of this 11 Agreement in dispute and shall as reasonably practicable adequately set 12 forth the facts pertaining to the alleged violation.
