CAPTION HEADINGS. SINGULAR AND PLURAL: PERSONS: Caption headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. As used herein references to the singular include the plural and the plural include the singular, except where the context requires otherwise. As used herein references to person included individuals and entities.
