Written Procedure. Construction Contractor will provide written procedures for communications and coordination required between Construction Contractor, Design Professional and Owner throughout the Project. Procedures shall cover such items as correspondence, minutes, reports, inspections, team meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, and other necessary communications.

Written Procedure. If the grievance is not settled at the Verbal step, it may be appealed by reducing the grievance to writing on the appropriate grievance form and delivering the same to his or her Department Head or the Department Head's designee, within five (5) days after the discussion with his or her immediate supervisor in the verbal procedure. The Department Head or his or her designee shall give a written answer to the xxxxxxx and grievant within five (5) days after receipt of the written grievance. Verbal discussion shall not be foreclosed at this step.

Written Procedure. If the grievance is not satisfactorily settled at Step 1, it may be appealed by delivery to the Department Head within five (5) days after receipt of the answer in Step 1, a written request for a meeting concerning the grievance. A meeting shall be held within ten (10) days thereafter. Written Procedure. If the grievance is not resolved, a member of the Executive Board or certified bargaining agent shall reduce the grievance to writing and present it to the Sheriff or his designated representative within seven (7) days after its occurrence. The grievance shall be dated and signed by the aggrieved employee and his representative shall set forth the facts, including dates, and provisions of the Agreement that are alleged to have been violated and the remedy desired. The grievance shall not be considered submitted until the Sheriff receives the written grievance. At the time it is received, it shall be dated and a copy returned to the aggrieved employee. Insofar as practical, within five (5) days a meeting will be arranged by the representative who signed the grievance and the Sheriff, or his designated representative, to discuss the grievance. The Sheriff, or his designated representative, will then answer the grievance in writing within five (5) days from the date of the meeting in which the grievance was discussed.

A request for the Xxxxxxx to participate in the discussion of a grievance shall be made by the employee to the Superintendent, or designated representative, who shall make proper arrangements as soon as convenient. The Superintendent, or designated representative, shall place a written disposition upon the grievance within five (5) working days and return it to the Xxxxxxx.
Written Procedure. No later than September 1, 2015, the Contractor shall provide Pupil Transportation Services with the name and address of the companies it has contracted with to perform its drug and alcohol testing program. Included in the report shall be a detailed document or brochure outlining the company's procedures for screening and testing drivers.
