Common use of Written Grievance to Superior Clause in Contracts

Written Grievance to Superior. If the employee and supervisor cannot reach an agreement as to a solution of the grievance or the employee has not received a decision within the three (3) working days' limit, the employee may within seven (7) working days present his or her grievance in writing to his or her supervisor who shall endorse his or her comments thereon and present it to his or her superior within seven (7) working days. The superior shall hear the grievance and give his or her written decision to the employee within seven (7) working days after receiving the grievance.
