Work Order Benchmark Achievement. No less than semi- annually, the Institution, the BOR and the Concessionaire shall review the performance of Concessionaire in responding to work order requests submitted through the Concessionaire’s work order system described in Section 9.3, with the results compared to the benchmark response times set forth in Section 9.4, and used as a Key Performance Indicator.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s).
