Common use of WORK ON CITY’S PREMISES Clause in Contracts

WORK ON CITY’S PREMISES. The Company and all its employees will, whenever on the City's premises, obey all instructions and City policies that are provided with respect to providing Products and performing Services on the City’s premises.

WORK ON CITY’S PREMISES. The Company and all will ensure that its employees willand agents shall, whenever on the City's ’s premises, obey all instructions and City policies that are provided directions issued by the City’s project manager with respect to providing Products and performing Services work on the City’s premises.. The Company agrees that its personnel and the personnel of its subcontractors will comply with all rules, regulations and security procedures of the City when on the City’s premises.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
